Halloween

We don't get many Trick or Treaters here, which is sad, except that means I get to eat  the chocolate I had bought for them.  Mac always carves Jack O'Lanterns and this year he did a traditional one and then did one based on a picture I'd seen on Pinterest, it's all full of holes.

  1. Glad your daughter is OK after Sandy. Sounds as though it's done a great deal of damage in some places. I've done four pumpkin lanterns and at least two have already blown out as it's windy and wet here. Like you I'm going to be eating lots of leftover chocolate I think!

  2. We've had a few very wet and bedraggled trick or treaters to the door. Half the sweets are left. We didn't grow any pumpkins this year so no carved ones herre - yours are super ones:)

  4. We never get trick-or-treaters (probably because we don't turn our light on) - but what a good idea to buy the candy anyway so as to have it available for onself!

I like that dotty pumpkin. :)
